Righteous Ride™ Winner #1 - July 2010
Name: Scott Dunnuck
Company: Stellite Coatings - Goshen, IN
Car: 69 Plymouth Satellite
Story/Tradition: Originally this was just a plain jane Satellite with a 318, that I've owned for the last 10 years. I
have restored (and modified) over the last 5 years. It currently has a modified 440, race prepped automatic transmission with
a 3000 rpm stall converter and 3.55 sure grip rear end. It has a 10 point roll cage for added safety at the track. Although its
been 23 years since I've raced, it's fun to get back out again. I have to thank my brother Keith for all of his help along the
way (He races a 1970 Challenger).

Righteous Ride™ Winner #2 - July 2010
Name: Tom McCormick
Company: McCormick Electric - North Liberty, IN
Car: 1937 International Harvester Farmall F-30
Story/Tradition: This I feel is a true
tradition to our country and community. Most of our
family roots tie back to agriculture and tractors. Every little boy and girl loves to play with a tractor or sit or ride on
the real thing. Unfortunately some of us never grow up. In my collection, I have nine McCormick Farmall International Harvester
tractors. With most of them being part of our family from the very beginning, they have special spots in
our hearts and souls. The F30 is the oldest in my collection.
This tractor is like the one my grandfather Lyle McCormick
farmed with not to far from where our current home is located
today in North Liberty. Similar to the Ziker family, I am
a firm believer in tradition and family. My grandfather, father and children love the tractors and I am sure they will eventually be handed down to
my family as a continued tradition and passing of history. As far as my wife goes,
she thinks my tractors are "sexy".
This 1937 Farmall F30 tractor (which in 1937 would have been Ziker’s 20th anniversary
- wow how time flies) is in full working
condition and show quality. We enjoy being able to still “work” our tractors along with
the parades and shows. The tractor was
recently at the Red Power Round-Up Tractor Show with all our other tractors at the Laporte County Fairgrounds this summer.
That show featured over 1000 International Harvester tractors.
